Join me (Brooke, from Baked By Brooke) for a Valentines / Galentines themed Cupcake and Cookie Decorating Class. In this 90-minute workshop, you’ll decorate your own box of cupcakes and cookies, each one designed with your own flair — think buttercream swirls, beautiful edible blooms , and a touch of love.
Alongside your cupcakes, we’ll create an edible version of Noughts and Crosses - in cookie form!
While you decorate, enjoy a delicious cocktail or mocktail from The Lockyer Hotel bar.
Here’s what your ticket includes:
Guided instruction on the essentials of cupcake decorating – from colouring buttercream to loading a piping bag and creating beautiful designs .
A full set of piping tips, to re-create your masterpieces at home.
Hands-on skills in working with fondant to decorate cookies.
Brooke’s delicious buttercream recipe.
Your completed cupcake and cookie creations, beautifully boxed.
Your chosen cocktail or mocktail to sip while you create.
The perfect outing with friends or a partner, or just to treat yourself and meet new people!
*Friday 13th February 2025 6pm to approx 7.30pm (depending on our class the timing may run a little under or over this time - please allow a “buffer” if you’re making dinner bookings at The Lockyer Hotel after our class).

* $145pp includes your guided class, beverage, piping tips to take home, and buttercream recipe.

You don’t need to bring anything to the class, apart from your creativity and a smile! We may be located outdoors, so please dress for the season and you may appreciate a water bottle nearby. If you have dietary requirements, we will do our best to cater for you. Please pop me a message to discuss how we can help.
The run time of our class may vary a little. If you’ve decorated cupcakes before, you may be a little quicker. If this is your first decorating experince, we may take a little longer. Allow yourself a little extra time in case we run slightly over. See you soon :)
