Step into the whimsical world of edible art with our one-of-a-kind Edible Terrarium Workshop! In this fun, hands-on class, you'll learn how to build your own layered dessert masterpiece — think moist cake, rich chocolate buttercream, crunchy biscuits, edible chocolate pebbles, and the cutest fondant creatures you’ve ever seen.
Your host is Brooke from Baked By Brooke — the creative behind the sweet treats you may have enjoyed with your coffee at Trevallan or spotted at local markets and events. With over 15 years of experience in baking and cake decorating, Brooke brings her passion and playful approach to every workshop.
In this 90-minute session, you’ll learn how to:
Create and personalise your layered edible terrarium
Work with fondant to shape adorable animals and plants
Mix colours and master simple sculpting techniques
Pipe buttercream like a pro
Colour cake crumbs for texture
And yes — crush biscuits with a rolling pin (it’s as satisfying as it sounds!)
No prior baking or decorating experience needed — just bring your curiosity and a smile! All tools, materials, and ingredients are provided.
