Join me (Brooke, from Baked By Brooke) for an Easter Garden and Cupcake Decorating Class. In this 90-minute workshop, you’ll decorate your own box of cupcakes and an Easter Garden with a Brownie base, each designed with your own flair — think handcrafted bunny bottoms, mini veggies, lush buttercream swirls and a touch of Easter decadence!!
While you decorate, enjoy a delicious cocktail or mocktail from The Lockyer Hotel bar.

Guided instruction on the essentials of cupcake decorating – from colouring buttercream to loading a piping bag and creating beautiful designs .
A set of piping tips, to re-create your masterpieces at home.
Hands-on skills in working with fondant to create edible Easter decorations.
Brooke’s delicious buttercream recipe.
Your completed Cupcakes and Easter Garden, beautifully boxed.
Your chosen cocktail or mocktail to sip while you create.

*Friday 27th March 2025 6pm to approx 7.30pm (depending on our class the timing may run a little over this time - please allow a “buffer” if you’re making dinner bookings at The Lockyer Hotel after our class).
