Join Liquidus Distillery and Baked By Brooke this September for a unique evening of gin tasting and cupcake decorating in Hatton Vale’s first newly opened distillery. Begin by discovering the world of craft gin with views out to their botanical gardens and enjoy a guided tasting hosted by the team at Liquidus Distillery. Sample a selection of their handcrafted, small-batch gins while learning about the botanicals, flavours and distilling process that make each one unique.

Then, glass in hand, settle in for a fun and creative cupcake decorating workshop where you'll transform cupcakes into a stunning floral bouquet using delicious handmade vanilla buttercream. No experience is necessary—just bring your creativity and enjoy an evening of sipping, piping and creating.

Cupcake Bouquet Workshop

Join Brooke from Baked By Brooke for a Spring-themed cupcake decorating class. During this two-and-a-half-hour workshop, you'll create your own bouquet of seven floral cupcakes.

Think elegant rose swirls and gorgeous hydrangeas piped with lashings of delicious handmade vanilla buttercream, all beautifully wrapped and presented as a bouquet ready to share, gift or enjoy yourself. Handmade edible art—created by you!

Your ticket includes:

• A guided gin tasting experience with Liquidus Distillery, featuring a selection of their handcrafted, small-batch gins.

• Expert instruction on the essentials of floral cupcake decorating, including colouring buttercream, filling and using piping bags, and creating beautiful blooming designs.

• All decorating materials and ingredients required for the workshop.

• A set of piping tips to take home so you can recreate your floral cupcakes again and again.
