Join Liquidus Distillery and Baked By Brooke this November, for a unique afternoon of gin tasting and cupcake decorating in Hatton Vale’s first distillery. Begin by discovering the world of craft gin with views out to their botanical gardens and enjoy a guided tasting hosted by the team at Liquidus Distillery. Sample a selection of their handcrafted, small-batch gins while learning about the botanicals, flavours and distilling process that make each one unique.

Then, glass in hand, settle in for a fun and creative cupcake decorating workshop where you'll transform cupcakes into festive, edible works of art. No experience is necessary—just bring your creativity and enjoy an evening of sipping, piping and creating.

Our creative component of the afternoon will run for around 1 - 1.5 hours depending on our class size.

Think Christmas Trees and Wreaths, made from delicious buttercream. Ready to share, gift or enjoy yourself. Handmade edible art—created by you!

Your ticket includes:

• A guided gin tasting experience with Liquidus Distillery, featuring a selection of their handcrafted, small-batch gins.

• Expert instruction on the essentials of cupcake decorating, including colouring buttercream, filling and using piping bags, and creating beautiful blooming designs.

• All decorating materials and ingredients required for the workshop.

• Brooke's signature vanilla buttercream recipe.

• Your completed box of delicious Christmas Cupcakes.
